Al-Kuwait is looking for a professional and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

We are seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience in the field of leadership and supervision. The successful candidate must have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. We also expect the person to be loyal, dependable and have a good eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of industry best practices, have high ethical standards and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and make sound business decisions.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain safety standards, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, develop effective strategies for improving operations, solve customer issues quickly and efficiently, and maintain accurate records of all activities. You will also be responsible for making sure that employees are properly trained in all areas of their job duties.
