Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities on a daily basis
- Source new talent using various recruitment techniques such as social media, job boards, and other resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients
- Conduct interviews with applicants and assess their qualifications
- Prepare job descriptions and advertisements for open roles
- Provide feedback to applicants throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources management is required
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) are essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is highly desirable
