We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations, human resources policies and procedures, and payroll, while ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in HR management is preferred. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Additionally, the candidate should be highly organized with an eye for detail and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

The HR Manager will recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the organization; conduct interviews; coordinate job postings; maintain employee records; ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; develop and implement training programs; manage payroll; ensure accurate reporting of employee time off, benefits eligibility, changes in employment status, etc.; administer performance reviews; develop compensation plans such as bonuses or salary increases; respond to employee inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally; analyze trends in recruitment data to better understand the organization’s needs.
