Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Human Resources and be able to think strategically and act tactically. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 per month and are open to considering candidates from outside the UAE.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR manager or other senior HR role
• Knowledge of Human Resources systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategies, with a focus on talent management
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Outstanding knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience with recruiting, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll administration etc.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
