Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED per month

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed
• Supervise staff to ensure that guests receive the highest quality of service
• Set goals and objectives for the restaurant team
• Develop new menus and recipes as needed
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, etc.
• Ensure compliance with all local health codes and regulations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead a team of staff efficiently • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Outstanding customer service skills • Ability to work well under pressure • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
