Position: Instrument Technician – Abu Dhabi

Salary: 1200 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field, or be willing to accept an inexperienced applicant. This position is open to foreign applicants.

The primary responsibilities of the Instrument Technician include:

• Install, maintain and repair instruments and control systems for industrial facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose instrumentation and control systems issues.
• Perform maintenance checks on instruments, calibrations, adjustments and repairs on a regular basis.
• Perform tests on instrumentation equipment, such as pressure gauges, thermometers, level switches and valves.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
• Monitor process performance using data logging systems.
• Comply with all safety regulations when working with hazardous materials or in hazardous areas.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities performed on equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure combined with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in their work product. They should also have strong communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of computerized control systems is preferred but not required.
