Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and contribute to its success. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for open positions within the company. The ideal applicant should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience recruiting in the Middle East region.

The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of 1600 AED per month. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants with valid work permits.

Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, etc.
• Conduct initial phone screenings with qualified candidates to assess their skills and qualifications
• Review resumes and supporting documents from applicants
• Develop job descriptions and postings that effectively target desired candidates
• Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs or university events
• Utilize metrics to track the success of recruitment tactics

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting in the Middle East region required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) required
