Job Title: Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi

Salary: 1400 AED

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management with 3+ years of experience in UAE.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of developing customer relationships and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
• Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Train, evaluate, motivate, and mentor sales team members on a regular basis.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust accordingly to ensure market share growth.
• Collect customer feedback through market research activities and apply it for improvement purposes.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance metrics for management review.
