Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of our projects, from planning and design through to completion. They will manage all aspects of the project, including the coordination of workers, materials, and equipment, as well as ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. They will also be responsible for talking with local authorities and surveying sites.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as Construction Manager
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, methods, materials and equipment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
