Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, from budgeting and planning through to completion. The salary for this role is 1200 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE region. They should possess strong project management and organizational skills, as well as having a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations. They should also have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.). Finally, they must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a proven track record of successful projects completed on time and within budget.
