Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1100 KD

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing support to the team when needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent supervisory skills, be highly organized, have great problem solving ability, and have strong communication skills. Previous experience in a supervisory role is not required but is preferred. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff members to ensure they meet performance objectives
• Monitor employees' performance and provide feedback on their work
• Ensure quality control measures are met during production
• Develop systems to ensure efficient workflow processes
• Resolve any customer or employee complaints in a timely manner
• Monitor daily operations and prepare reports as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in operations

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Proven supervisory experience required (or equivalent) • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills • Ability to lead a team effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of industry best practices
