We are a leading company in Kuwait and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with excellent organizational skills. The successful applicant will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our employees as well as ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Previous experience in a supervisory role is not essential but would be beneficial. The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients is important as the successful applicant will be responsible for problem solving and decision making. An understanding of business processes, customer service principles, and basic human resource administration is also beneficial.

The Supervisor will manage personnel performance, resolving any conflicts that may arise, as well as providing ongoing training and development opportunities to improve the knowledge base of staff members. They will also be responsible for monitoring the productivity of all personnel and ensuring that operational standards are maintained at all times. This individual must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate team members while also maintaining company policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000 in Al-Kuwait with room for advancement within the organization. We are open to considering applicants from outside Kuwait who meet our criteria for this role.
