Job Description

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and performing land surveys to establish boundary lines of properties and other land features. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying, excellent problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform topographic surveys in the field or use aerial photographs or satellite images
• Develop maps from field notes or other survey information
• Construct property boundary lines
• Conduct research on properties and other land features
• Analyze survey data using mathematical formulas
• Prepare technical drawings of survey plans using CAD software
• Operate computer-aided drafting systems (CAD) to draw plans, maps, and survey details.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Strong knowledge of geodesy, trigonometry, mathematics, cartography, physics etc.
• Good understanding of construction plans and blueprints
• Knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
