Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive growth in revenue and customer base. They will be expected to acquire new customers, as well as expand existing relationships with current clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, leading, coaching, motivating and inspiring the sales team to exceed their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing a comprehensive sales strategy that meets company objectives
• Managing the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching
• Establishing key relationships with customers and prospects
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues

• Preparing reports on sales activity, progress against targets and other relevant information

Requirements:
