Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED per month

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be expected to lead a team of engineers and manage projects in the construction and engineering field. You will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
• Analyze data and review plans for accuracy and conformity with applicable regulations.
• Develop construction plans, budgets, timeframes, project costs, material requirements, safety regulations, and other related documents.
• Oversee all aspects of projects from planning to completion including progress reports, project schedules, cost estimates, quality control management activities, etc.
• Monitor progress on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and address any issues that may arise.
• Manage subcontractors working on project sites to ensure that work is completed according to specifications.
• Identify any potential areas of improvement in order to optimize processes or increase efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer in the UAE or GCC region preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles and design techniques for residential/commercial buildings/structures as well as knowledge of building codes and other applicable regulations required.
• Good understanding of CAD software (AutoCAD) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required along with excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
