Restaurant Manager (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our restaurant located in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Salary: 1200 AED per month

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager
• Ability to communicate in English
• Previous experience in managing restaurant operations is a plus
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Ability to provide leadership and inspire team members
• Good organizational skills

Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Handle all administrative duties such as scheduling shifts, developing budgets, ordering supplies, etc.
• Manage all staff including hiring, training, and evaluating performance of employees
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure that quality standards are met consistently
