Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a salary of 1100 per month and will be open to foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, budgeting, sales growth and customer service. They will be expected to develop and maintain a positive working environment while ensuring that all safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as experience with food service management and customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that staff provide excellent customer service at all times
• Develop strategies to increase sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff training, scheduling, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control
• Monitor cash flow and ensure that financial goals are met
• Maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of products
• Establish relationships with vendors for best pricing on products
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of previous experience in food service management
• Knowledge of local health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
