We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, from the staff and food to customer service and satisfaction. He/she will be expected to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, ensure that all staff members are trained and motivated to perform their duties efficiently, develop customer relations and build loyalty. As a manager, you will also be responsible for creating a budget, developing marketing strategies, forecasting future trends and sales levels, as well as tracking expenses.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant environment, preferably at managerial level. The ability to multitask is essential in this role - you will need excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills and leadership qualities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry and possesses strong interpersonal skills with customers as well as staff members. Being able to work flexible hours is also required for this position.
