Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills, a strong passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, creating menus, ensuring customer satisfaction, working with vendors to get the best price for supplies, tracking inventory, managing budgets and other financials, setting goals and objectives for the restaurant staff, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as managing marketing efforts. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for developing new ideas to promote customer engagement.

Demands for the Candidate:
• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to lead by example
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
