Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing accurate land surveys to measure boundaries, topography and elevations. This includes the use of various instruments such as GPS receivers, digital level meters, total stations and other survey tools. The surveyor must also analyze data collected and create accurate reports based on their findings.

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as they will need to interact with clients and other stakeholders throughout projects. They must also be organized and able to manage their own workload as well as the workload of others in order to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a land surveyor
• Highly proficient in using various surveying instruments
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/plans
• Good written/verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail

Salary & Benefits
The salary is 1400 SAR per month for this position, with potential for additional benefits depending on performance. We are also willing to consider candidates who are immigrants looking for work in Riyadh.
