Al-Kuwait is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This position will be based in Kuwait and offers a salary of 1300 KD per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates with no experience.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, coordination with stakeholders, and bringing the project to completion on time and within budget. The role requires an ability to think strategically, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of project management best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress against it
• Ensure timely completion of projects by setting realistic deadlines
• Monitor changes in scope or budget of the project throughout its life cycle
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners as necessary
• Track progress against milestones; adjust plans as necessary
• Provide timely updates on progress to upper management
• Identify potential risks that may impede progress and offer solutions
• Conduct post-project assessments to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required
• Experience in project management is preferred but not required
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality work product
• Excellent planning, organizational, problem solving, analytical skills and communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
