Position: Executive Chef

Salary: 1500 KWD per month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and resource management.

The Executive Chef will lead a team of chefs and other kitchen staff and will be expected to ensure that all food served is of the highest quality. They must also be able to work with a variety of ingredients and be familiar with international culinary trends.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
• Proven track record of success in previous roles
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to motivate staff members and delegate tasks effectively
• A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for high-quality ingredients
