We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. Our restaurant is a popular spot for local and international customers, and we are passionate about providing the best dining experience that meets our high standards.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will assist with meal planning, food preparation, recipe development, and training of staff. You must be highly organized with excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage tasks and people. You must also have a working knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene protocols.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment. Candidates should be able to demonstrate their professional cooking skills as well as their leadership capabilities. The ability to communicate effectively in English is also essential.
