They will be expected to select and mix paints as per the requirements of the job, select the right tools for each project, and ensure that all tools are properly maintained. The candidate should also be able to accurately estimate material costs and labor hours needed for each job. In addition, they should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
