We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share.

This individual must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and be proactive in seeking out new business opportunities. They must also possess a thorough understanding of the product/service offering and be able to identify customer needs. In addition, the ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a proven track record of success in sales management.

The Sales Manager's primary duties include creating and managing sales plans, setting individual sales targets, motivating the sales team, and evaluating performance. They will also need to analyse current marketing trends and recommend changes/improvements to existing strategies. Furthermore, they should develop relationships with key customers/clients as well as identifying potential new customers/clients.
