We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating innovative dishes and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Create a variety of high-quality dishes according to customer specifications while adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare ingredients and cook food items according to recipes and instructions.
• Monitor food preparation times and adjust cooking procedures accordingly.
• Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented as per standards.
• Supervise the work of kitchen staff and provide guidance when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook with minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledgeable about different cuisines and their preparation methods, ingredients, equipment, etc.
• Must be able to read and follow recipes accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Kitchen staff in providing excellent customer service experiences through food quality standards, recipe adherence, speed of service, etc.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, etc., as required by business needs.
