Job Title: Fitter (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be part of a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to the success of the company and help shape its future.

The ideal person should have experience in fitting/assembling parts and components into machines, equipment, and other mechanical systems. The Fitter should have a strong technical understanding of how things work together, as well as the ability to read and interpret assembly drawings. The successful candidate will also need excellent problem-solving skills and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary responsibilities for this role include disassembling, inspecting, cleaning and reassembling of parts, components or machinery; assembling components accurately according to instructions; fitting/adjusting parts; operating hand tools such as hammers, drills or saws; ensuring that all safety rules are observed; and performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

The right candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of basic engineering principles. A degree or certification in engineering or related field is preferred but not essential. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role too.
