Job Title: Civil Engineer - Sharjah

Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 1400 per month

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of projects such as roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. You should have excellent problem-solving abilities and be familiar with the relevant safety guidelines. We are willing to consider applicants from foreign countries.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
• Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures
• Consider construction costs, government regulations, potential environmental hazards and other factors when performing duties
• Prepare cost estimates for materials or labor
• Develop plans for the layout of a project using design software
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
• Direct construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimal work experience is preferred but not required • Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to read designs/blueprints • Knowledge of relevant safety guidelines
