Job Title: Librarian
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 900 AED/Month

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the library's resources, including books and other materials, providing information access services to patrons, and promoting the library's services to both individuals and organizations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of library operations and the ability to use modern library management systems. They should be able to develop innovative ways to promote the library's services, as well as have excellent communication skills in order to interact with patrons.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations of the library
• Manage resources, including books, magazines, newspapers, audio recordings, videos and digital media
• Take responsibility for cataloguing resources accurately using modern library management systems
• Develop innovative ways to promote the library's services
• Provide information access services to patrons including reference services and online information retrieval
• Assist patrons in finding materials both online and in person
• Train staff on usage of modern library management systems
• Maintain records of circulation activity

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field preferred
• At least three years’ experience working in a Library setting preferred
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Must have strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with patrons
