Job Description

We are looking for a Land surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate surveys of land and land-related features. This includes collecting data related to the terrain, elevation, natural features, man-made structures, as well as any other physical evidence on the ground that could provide an insight into the history or current state of a given area. This position offers an excellent salary of 1500 per month.

Responsibilities

The Land surveyor will be responsible for carrying out accurate measurements of a given area using modern survey equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations and robotic total stations. They will also need to be able to interpret terrain maps and aerial photographs in order to create detailed plans of the area being surveyed. Additionally, they will need to have a good understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to surveying in Al-Kuwait in order to make sure their work is compliant with all applicable laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in land surveying or a related field such as geomatics engineering or geographic information systems (GIS). Previous experience is not required as we are willing to consider recent graduates with no experience. The candidate should also have excellent mathematical skills as well as strong problem-solving skills in order to interpret complex information quickly and accurately. They should also be comfortable working outdoors in hot climates for extended periods of time, and be able to lift up heavy equipment when needed. Fluency in spoken and written English is required for this role.
