Job Title: Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented waiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting guests as they arrive and seating them at their desired table
• Taking orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Serving food and beverages according to the specifications of the restaurant
• Upselling menu items where appropriate
• Answering questions about the menu items and making recommendations when necessary
• Ensuring that all tables are cleared and reset quickly after guests have finished
• Maintaining a clean work area throughout the shift
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, be able to work well under pressure, be able to take direction from management, have experience in a similar role, and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
