We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Waiter to join our growing team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with customers. They should have knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are happy to consider an immigrant for this role.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. You must also be able to remain calm under pressure and work well within a team environment.

The successful candidate should also have experience in cash handling, POS systems, health & safety regulations, food presentation, knowledge of allergens, upselling techniques as well as an understanding of customer service standards.
