Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in our newly established restaurant in Reef Al Fujairah City. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, from menu-planning to staff management. You will be expected to create innovative and delicious dishes based on customer feedback and local tastes while adhering to health and safety standards. You should have a creative eye for plate presentation and knowledge of the latest culinary trends. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to motivate staff and work alongside the front-of-house team.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with minimal work experience who is looking to develop their career in a professional kitchen environment.
