The Merchandiser's primary responsibility will be to plan, develop, and execute effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and maximize profits for the company. This includes setting up in-store displays, creating product assortment plans, monitoring inventory levels, working with suppliers to ensure product availability, and assisting with the development of promotional campaigns. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills in order to interact with customers and vendors alike.
