The ideal candidate should have at least two years of teaching experience in the field of education. They should be well-versed in curriculum development strategies and have excellent communication skills. A bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of modern pedagogical techniques is also desirable but not mandatory.
