Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in hospitality or catering establishments
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, cocktail recipes, etc.
• Accuracy and speed in mixing ingredients and making drinks with quality standards
• Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar customers according to recipes and standards set by the establishment.
• Interact with customers, take orders, make recommendations, answer questions regarding drinks & food menus items.
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Restock & replenish bar inventory & supplies.
• Stay guest focused & nurture an excellent guest experience.
