We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to join us in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and that the team is working to its full potential. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and setting performance standards, providing feedback and guidance, assessing training needs, managing the recruitment process, and dealing with any issues that arise.

The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment. He or she should be able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact. Strong problem solving skills are essential as well as excellent customer service skills. A good understanding of IT systems will also be beneficial.
