HR manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should also have a proven ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures. We are offering a salary of 1100 AED per month and are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Manage recruitment processes and ensure that recruitment efforts comply with company regulations
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and engagement
- Provide advice and guidance on company policies and procedures
- Administer payroll functions including salary calculations as well as annual leave/sick leave entitlements
- Oversee the organization’s benefits program including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
- Lead disciplinary actions when necessary in compliance with labor laws
- Facilitate dispute resolution processes between employees or between employees and management teams
- Prepare reports for senior management as needed to monitor HR activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in a Human Resources Management role within the UAE or similar country (preferably 5+ years) - Knowledge of UAE labor law is preferred - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong problem solving skills
