Orthodontist – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Orthodontist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

Job Description:
The Orthodontist will be responsible for providing orthodontic care to patients, including the application of braces, removable appliances, archwires, and other corrective devices. The Orthodontist will also perform examinations, diagnostics tests, and monitor the progress of the patient’s condition on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:
• Examine patients' teeth, jaws, and other related structures to diagnose malocclusions or abnormalities and develop treatment plans
• Take x-rays of patients' teeth to determine tooth positions
• Construct dental casts or models of patients' teeth using alginate impressions
• Adjust appliances as needed throughout the course of treatment according to the patient's needs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene instructions and preventive measures for oral health maintenance
• Monitor progress through periodic follow-ups with patients
• Maintain detailed records pertaining to each patient's treatment plan

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Science or equivalent qualification
• Certification in orthodontics from a recognized institution/board
• At least five years experience practicing as an Orthodontist
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and patients
• Good problem-solving skills with a commitment to providing excellent care
