Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing our restaurant operations and ensuring that customer service, sales, and profitability goals are achieved. You will be the face of the restaurant, managing a team of staff while coordinating with suppliers to ensure that all operational activities run smoothly. The ideal candidate should also be able to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to increase customer numbers as well as improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead all day-to-day operations within the restaurant, including overseeing staff management and training.
• Monitor food stock and order supplies when needed.
• Assign tasks and duties to employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting them in a friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.

Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in hospitality or food & beverage industry in a managerial role is required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate others is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred.
