We are looking for a reliable, experienced security specialist to join our team as a Security Manager in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization and ensuring safety throughout the premises.

Job Description:
The Security Manager will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for all staff, customers, visitors, and contractors on site. This position requires excellent organizational skills to manage personnel, ensure compliance with security protocols, and develop strategies to prevent or address potential threats. The Security Manager must also assess the risks associated with operations and plan strategies to minimize those risks. Additional responsibilities include conducting investigations into incidents or violations of policies, monitoring surveillance systems and access control systems, training security personnel on appropriate procedures, and preparing reports on security activities.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years of experience in managing security operations or similar role
• Proven track record of success in implementing effective security policies
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to security management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
• Certification in safety or security is a plus but not required

Salary: 900 per month
