Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with an attractive salary of 900. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Understanding of employment law and recruitment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience of recruitment in Abu-Dhabi is preferred but not essential

Job Duties
• Developing job descriptions and job postings according to job requirements
• Conducting screening calls with potential candidates
• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as online databases, professional networks, etc.
• Developing candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
• Facilitating interviews with hiring managers
• Keeping up to date with the latest recruitment trends
