Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing and hiring qualified candidates for open positions in the company. This is a full-time role with a salary of 900 AED per month.

The Recruiter’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Screening resumes and applications
• Conducting interviews with potential candidates and making hiring decisions
• Maintaining up-to-date records of applicants and interviewing process
• Developing job descriptions and ensuring they are updated regularly
• Creating job postings on job boards, social media pages, and other recruitment platforms
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure recruitment needs are met
• Building relationships with universities, professional associations, and other recruitment sources
• Assessing applicants' qualifications by evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, administering tests
• Advising managers on interviewing techniques and selection processes.

The successful candidate should have prior experience as a Recruiter or similar role within the industry. We are ready to consider foreign applicants; however, knowledge of the local job market is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, an understanding of labor laws, excellent negotiation abilities, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
