Job Title: Salesman
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 1,300/month

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and changes in customer needs
• Prospect potential new customers and identify new business opportunities
• Organize promotional activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, etc.
• Analyze sales figures and provide feedback on performance
• Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as necessary

Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Salesman or similar role in retail industry is preferred but not essential
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
