Supervisor Vacancy - Al-Kuwait

We are looking to hire an experienced Supervisor for our Al-Kuwait office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500. We welcome applications from immigrants as well.

Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily operations in the office, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolving customer complaints and conflicts in a professional manner.
• Preparing reports on staff performance and office productivity.
• Developing strategies to improve staff efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
