Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and conducting experiments in order to collect data and analyze results
• Preparing reports on the research findings
• Evaluating laboratory data to ensure that it meets quality standards
• Documenting all laboratory work accurately
• Testing and troubleshooting laboratory equipment as needed
• Interpreting data from experiments and making recommendations for product improvements or modifications

Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field required
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred but not mandatory
• Thorough knowledge of chemical principles and safety procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders
