Job Summary:

We are looking for a professionally trained and highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing field surveys to collect data for construction projects, mapping projects, or to determine land boundaries. This position offers 1,600 SAR per month and is open to immigrants.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have a degree in surveying or related field from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of proven experience in land surveying or related field. They must also possess solid knowledge of survey laws, regulations, principles, techniques, equipment operation, as well as applicable safety policies and procedures. The successful candidate must also demonstrate good communication skills as well as strong time management abilities.

Responsibilities:

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for performing topographical surveys on site or in the office using appropriate software; preparing plans based on the survey data; researching records such as deeds and maps; determining boundary locations; monitoring construction activities; conducting tests; maintaining an accurate record of all survey work performed; communicating with clients regarding job status updates; preparing reports summarizing the results of surveys; keeping up-to-date with changes in technology used for surveys; adhering to safety guidelines when conducting site visits; and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management team.
