Job Title: Land Surveyor

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1300 SAR/month

Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing surveys that accurately determine the size, shape, and boundaries of land parcels. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to use advanced surveying techniques and equipment. We are willing to consider qualified candidates from foreign countries.

Responsibilities:
• Collect data on land parcels using surveying techniques and specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and other electronic devices.
• Interpret survey data to determine the size, shape, boundaries, contours, elevations, and other characteristics of land parcels.
• Prepare detailed maps of surveyed areas that accurately depict elevations, contours, roads, natural features such as rivers or streams.
• Analyze survey data collected to calculate volumes of earth materials moved during construction projects or areas of land disturbed by mining operations.
• Create legal descriptions for property boundaries according to local statutes.
• Inspect construction sites for compliance with survey plans and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in land surveying is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data accurately. • Knowledgeable in safety protocols associated with surveying work outdoors in hazardous environments such as construction sites or remote locations far from civilization. • Ability to use modern surveying equipment for accurate measurements and calculations is essential.
