Surveyor Job in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The selected candidate will have the responsibility to carry out all surveying and mapping activities in the area, as well as offering technical support in land development projects. The successful applicant should possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job Description:
The Surveyor role involves measuring, mapping and monitoring land and structures to determine their boundaries, size and other features. This includes carrying out measurements on site, analyzing aerial photographs and satellite images, preparing maps of the area, plotting data into digital formats and other related activities. Furthermore, the Surveyor will be required to provide technical advice on land development projects and coordinate with other team members as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting surveys of land or buildings using precise measurement tools;
• Analyzing aerial photographs and satellite images;
• Preparing maps of the area;
• Plotting data into digital formats;
• Providing technical advice on land development projects;
• Coordinating with other team members when necessary;
• Keeping up to date with technological advances in surveying tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics or related field;
• Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role;
• In-depth knowledge of surveying instruments, mathematics and geodesy principles;
• Proficient computer skills including GIS software programs (e.g., ArcGIS); • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time; • Excellent problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Salary: 1600/month
