Project manager job in Dubai UAE


We are seeking a Project Manager to join our company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have experience in project management with a background in engineering or related fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing project plans, including setting goals, developing tasks, assigning roles and responsibilities, determining resource requirements, identifying milestones, and tracking progress
• Overseeing project staff performance
• Establishing effective communication strategies among team members
• Monitoring financial resources to ensure the completion of the project within budget
• Identifying potential risks and developing effective risk mitigation strategies
• Developing reports on the progress of each project to stakeholders
• Liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Proven track record in successful implementation of projects within set budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary of AED 1200 per month plus other benefits applicable according to UAE law. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
